This policy explains how user information is handled in the smartphone app "Thailand Walk Nomad" (the "App"). The developer ("we") respects the privacy of App users and handles information in accordance with the policy set out below.

The App uses the following external services (all provided by Google). Please also review each provider's own privacy policy.
The App is not directed at any specific age group and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. As described above, the information the App collects is centred on an anonymous identifier and on-device data that does not identify an individual.
Because the App is offered in Thailand, the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (PDPA) applies. The App is designed so that we hold no information that directly identifies you (we process an anonymous identifier only). Within the limits of what we hold, you have the right to request access to or a copy of data linked to your anonymous identifier, to request its correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, to object to its processing, to withdraw any consent you have given, and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand (pdpc.or.th). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Our legal basis for the processing described above is the performance of the service you requested and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. Your data is processed on Google Cloud servers outside Thailand (see section 4); we rely on the safeguards described there for such transfers.
All communication with external services uses encrypted connections such as HTTPS. Access to Cloud Functions and Firestore is protected by Firebase App Check and security rules.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in law or in the App's features. Any updated policy takes effect once posted on this page.

เนื่องจากแอปนี้ถูกจัดให้บริการในประเทศไทย พระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) ของประเทศไทยจึงมีผลบังคับใช้ แอปนี้ถูกออกแบบให้เราไม่เก็บข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่สามารถระบุตัวตนของคุณโดยตรง (เราประมวลผลเพียงตัวระบุแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนเท่านั้น) ภายในขอบเขตของข้อมูลที่เราถือครอง คุณมีสิทธิที่จะขอเข้าถึงหรือขอสำเนาข้อมูลที่เชื่อมโยงกับตัวระบุแบบไม่ระบุตัวตนของคุณ ขอให้แก้ไข ลบ หรือจำกัดการประมวลผลข้อมูลนั้น คัดค้านการประมวลผลข้อมูลนั้น ถอนความยินยอมที่คุณเคยให้ไป และยื่นเรื่องร้องเรียนต่อคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (PDPC) ของประเทศไทย (pdpc.or.th) เพื่อใช้สิทธิเหล่านี้ โปรดติดต่อเราที่ที่อยู่ด้านล่าง พื้นฐานทางกฎหมายสำหรับการประมวลผลข้อมูลที่กล่าวถึงข้างต้นคือการปฏิบัติตามบริการที่คุณได้ร้องขอ และความมีเหตุผลของเรามีความสนใจในการรักษาความปลอดภัยของบริการ ข้อมูลของคุณถูกประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Google Cloud ที่อยู่นอกประเทศไทย (ดูส่วนที่ 4) เราพึ่งพาการรับรองความปลอดภัยที่อธิบายไว้ในส่วนนั้นสำหรับการถ่ายโอนข้อมูลดังกล่าว
